Henan ZongXiang Heavy Industry Import & Export Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese manufacturer and exporter of steel products and railway materials, has successfully completed the export of a 500-ton batch of high-quality round bars to Malaysia. The shipment, which departed from Qingdao Port in late November 2025, is scheduled to arrive at Port Klang in mid-December, marking another milestone in the company’s expanding presence in Southeast Asia’s steel market.

The order consists primarily of S45C, SAE1045, and Q235B grade carbon steel round bars in diameters ranging from 16 mm to 150 mm. These materials are widely used in Malaysia’s construction, machinery manufacturing, automotive parts, and oil & gas sectors. The client, a major steel stockist and distributor based in Johor Bahru, placed the order after ZongXiang provided competitive pricing, third-party mill test certificates (SGS/BV), and guaranteed delivery within 35 days from the date of deposit.

To ensure product quality, all round bars underwent strict quality control procedures including ultrasonic testing (UT), surface inspection, and chemical composition analysis at ZongXiang’s partner mills in Henan and Shandong provinces. The goods were packed in standard export bundles (3–5 tons per bundle) with plastic caps on both ends and secured with steel straps, fully compliant with international maritime shipping requirements.

This 500-ton shipment represents the third major order ZongXiang has fulfilled for Malaysian customers in 2025, bringing the company’s total round bar exports to Malaysia this year to over 1,800 tons. The successful execution further consolidates ZongXiang’s reputation as a trusted long-term supplier in the region.

ZongXiang continues to expand its product portfolio and logistics capabilities to meet growing Southeast Asian demand. The company maintains ready stock of more than 8,000 tons of round bars, square bars, flat bars, and railway fastening systems at its Xinxiang warehouse, enabling rapid response to both spot and contract orders.
