They can complete the track laying within the limited space and meet the transportation needs of raw materials, finished products or semi-finished products in the plant. They are suitable for the track systems of equipment such as material handling carts, handcarts and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), and can support the stable operation of light equipment (≤30 tons), especially suitable for flexible production lines that require frequent layout adjustments.
Mining Applications: The ASCE 25 is a type of lightweight track, which is widely applied in mining transportation systems, especially suitable for temporary transportation lines in underground roadways and open-pit mining areas. Its lightweight design and flexible installation method enable it to perform outstandingly in environments with complex terrains and limited spaces.
Strong Terrain Adaptability: The terrain in mines is usually complex and changeable, with narrow spaces and many curves. The ASCE 25 is relatively light in weight, making it convenient for laying and adjustment in these areas. It can flexibly arrange the track according to the actual terrain, improving the transportation efficiency.
Meeting the Transportation Requirements of Light Loads: For the internal transportation lines in mines with low traffic volume and slow vehicle speeds, the load-bearing capacity of ASCE 25 is sufficient to meet the operation requirements of daily ore transportation vehicles, providing an economical and efficient solution.

Temporary Lines in Open-pit Mines: For open-pit mining areas, ASCE 25 rail can be used to lay temporary transport lines facilitating the swift movement of ore from extraction points to processing facilities. Light – duty Transportation in Port Terminals
Light – duty Crane Tracks: ASCE 25 rails are commonly used in the light – duty crane track systems within ports, such as those for small gantry cranes and bridge cranes. Their standardized rail profiles and moderate load – bearing capacities meet the operational requirements of light – duty lifting equipment.
Temporary Operation Areas: Thanks to their characteristic of supporting rapid disassembly, assembly, and reuse, ASCE 25 can be quickly laid according to actual needs to meet temporary cargo transportation requirements. After the operations are completed, the rails can be removed and properly stored for subsequent reuse, effectively reducing the costs of temporary projects.
Light – duty Cargo Tracks: With a 12.4 kg/m weight and 30 – ton max load, ASCE 25 suit light – duty or non – high – intensity port cargo transport, connecting port areas and enabling fast goods transfer with light vehicles.
